Editing Items on Orders/Sales

Once an item has been added to an order/sale, you will be able to edit the details of the order line by selecting the line to be edited in the Order Items grid on the Work Order/Approvals and Quick Sale form, then selecting Add Art->Edit Selected Item on the form toolbar. The type of information that can be edited will vary depending on the type of item selected.

Unique(Art) Inventory -  The Edit Order Line form will be displayed where you will be able to apply a discount to the retail price of the item.

Misc. Inventory -  The Edit Order Line form will be displayed where you will be able to apply a discount to the retail price of the item and change the quantity of the item on the order.

Miscellaneous Charge - The Add Miscellaneous Charge form is displayed where the information entered when the item was originally added to the order can be edited (see Adding Miscellaneous Charges).

Discounts:

You can enter a discount in two ways, either as a percentage of the retail price, or as a flat rate. If you wish to discount the price, select either Percent Discount or Flat Rate Discount.
