Preferred Artists

The Preferred Artists tab on the Customers form is where you can edit or view the list of Artists preferred by the selected customer. This information can be used to target marketing campaigns and filter reports such as mailing lists.

The preferred artists list for a customer will be updated automatically by Gallery Express whenever a unique inventory item is sold to that customer. The list can also be manually updated. Click the 'Add' button to add an artist to the list, or the 'Remove' button to remove an artist from the list. If you wish to view information about an artist on the list, highlight the artist to display and click the 'View Artist' button. This will display the Artist form with the selected artist information.
