If you will be using the Gallery Express Email to send email within the program, you must first complete the information that will be required by the mail server on the Email Settings tab of the Company Information form. To open the Company Information form, select Administration->Company Information on the menu.

| Reply Address | The email address that the recipient can use to reply to this message. When using the Bulk Email form to send an email to a list of recipients, a copy of the email that is being sent will be mailed to this email address. For some internet service providers (ISPs), this address must be an email address that is attached to your internet account. | Yes | No |
| Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) | The mail server that is used to send your outgoing emails. This setting can be obtained either from the settings in your current email program, or from your internet service provider (ISP). | Yes | No |
| Max Recipients | Some internet service providers (ISPs) impose a limit on the number of recipients that you can send an email to. This is done to reduce the 'spam' that is sent from their mail servers. If you will be using the Bulk Email form to send emails to your customers, check with your ISP to see if they impose this limit. If there is a limit to the recipients you can mail to, enter the number in this field. The bulk emails will then be sent in batches. Note that the reply address will then receive a copy of the email for each batch sent rather than a single copy of the email only. | No | No |
